If you cancel your advance reservations anytime up to 2 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged for 50% of the total stay reserved unless we can re-rent your space and, if you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival, including early departures, you will be charged for the full amount reserved, unless, of course, we can re-rent your space.  </B></FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>ADDITIONAL POLICIES</B><FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Lucida Handwriting" ><B> - </B></FONT><FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><B>Our cabins are housekeeping cabins - you are required to clean up prior to vacating.  Except for the laundry (we will do all laundry) we expect you to return the cabin to us in close to the same condition that you received it-wash dishes, sweep and vacummn, remove trash,etc.  If excessive cleaning is required we will charge your card for up to a $200 cleaning fee, depending on how long it takes me to prepare the cabin for the next guests.</B></FONT></div> <div> <B>Also, for several reasons, we have limits to the total number persons allowed in a cabin, day or night - that includes "day visitors".  We expect our guests to respect our limits and not abuse their welcome.   If you have friends or family camping around the reservoir, please visit with them at their campsites.  Excessive visitors will be asked to leave.  </B></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B>HUNTING SEASON RESERVATIONS</B><FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#990000" FACE="StageCoach" ><B> </B></FONT><FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Lucida Handwriting" ><B>- </B></FONT><FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >Minimun of 7 nights is required for advance reservations made before July for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th elk and deer rifle seasons. Half of the total amount is due by June 1 and non-refundable.  The balance is due at checkin but if you cancel 90 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the balance.  After July we will accept reservations for fewer nights and our regular deposit and cancellation policies will apply.</FONT></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#990000" FACE="Lucida Handwriting" ><B>PET POLICY</B></FONT><FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#990000" FACE="StageCoach" ><B> </B></FONT><FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#990000" FACE="Arial" ><B>-</B></FONT><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#990000" FACE="Arial" ><B> </B></FONT>We welcome mature, quiet dogs - they must be at least 12 months old and completely house trained.  <FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#990000" FACE="Lucida Handwriting" ><B><IMG SRC="518ecb10.jpg" border=0 width="236" height="177" ALT="Guss" ALIGN="LEFT" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></B></FONT>They are <I>not allowed to be left unattended (not even in a crate), either in the cabins</I> <I>or outside on our property,</I> and must be on leash while outside on our property.  We charge a fee of $10 per night per dog for up to two dogs per cabin.  Pit bull and rotweiler dog breeds, cats, kittens and puppies are NOT allowed.
