(Examples:As an owner you could live in it 6 months in the summer and come back for 2 months in the winter, leave it vacant in your absence OR you could visit every weekend all year and have friends stay anytime inbetween OR you could stay in it 6 months in the spring/summer, rent it monthly or weekly for the 6 months through the winter OR buy both units, live in one cabin for six months and rent the other side and move to the other cabin for the other 6 months.  Obviously lots of options!)

A homeowners association will maintain the 5+ acres of open space around the cabins and the shared well and septic systems.
